Working with ROS

I’m thinking of adding a motor control board onto the MkII dev. kit for controlling a robotic arm. Is there any history with developers getting Mycroft to push commands through the Robot Operating System (RoS) for robotic movement control?

Don’t have experience with it and it is probably outdated (ROS-Kinetic as far as I see), but there is a ROS-package for Mycroft:
