Does anyone know the long term plans for the Android app? I know that there are two versions, but it seems like the thin client will eventually be deprecated in favor of running Mycroft Core on the device when that version is finished. Is that true?
I have no knowledge of the plans, but my hope is that on-device mycroft core wins.
I am the primary developer of the local app. I am still working on it, but I also am busy with my Active Duty obligations, and life in general. I hope it wins out too! (I intent to incorporate the thin-client functionality into the core app as well) but Iād love to see some community involvement if more people have the know how
