Are you a Mac user who’s enjoying Neon Mark 2 and want to try something similar on a Mac? Maybe you just want to have an assistant available on hardware you already own, or you don’t want to splurge on multiple Mark 2s? Or - maybe you haven’t even tried Neon or OVOS yet?

For anyone interested, I’ve made it a bit easier to install on a Mac, as well as written a PHAL plugin to handle volume control and system functions. You need to have Ansible installed to use this new code. I recommend using Homebrew to install it, but you can do it however you’d like.
My hope is that now that we have Ansible playbooks for this, we’ll see it show up ovos-installer sometime soon.
