User story:
I want to be able to have Mycroft use the IBM Watson AI and/or the Google Tensorflow system or both at the same time
What third party services, data sets or platforms will the Skill interact with?
Mycroft would use all these AI as resources for producing decisions and collating data. I also would expect this skill to administer a database system locally and coordinate with CYC research AI for enhanced data mining.for research purposes
Are there similar Mycroft Skills already?
I did not find any except Watson as a fallback. That may be a place to start.
