Is Picroft OS programmable

I wish to do a AI project related to conversational bot and use Picroft as a basis. So, I wanna know if its programmable so that I can use it in my project as I want to

Picroft hasn’t been maintained in several years. Check out the Raspbian version of OVOS, however - it’s very hackable and regularly maintained! Also backwards compatible!
