Hello and welcome! I don’t know if anyone has seriously tried to run the full assistant stack on Android; I suspect some of the dependencies would need to be replaced or updated to add support. This would be a major undertaking and GPT might get you a starting point, but I expect it would require a significant amount of coding effort beyond that.
If you do want to pursue this, I’d recommend using Neon or OVOS code as a start since anything under the Mycroft organization is no longer maintained (Upgrading from Mycroft).
You may also be interested in this attempt to run Mycroft on Windows Cross-platform Mycroft. It won’t directly relate to Android, but may involve many of the same roadblocks.
