No. Not without massive amounts of modification and such you would have to experiment with yourself.
Pretty sure OVOS and Neon are similarly not compatible.
Best you could do is to make a very raw remote PDM microphone for another OVOS/NEON(& perhaps Mycroft) master device.
But I believe nobody has started to tinker with it with that in mind, so you will be the first. If you are not scared by that, by all means just give it a try. I am sure everyone at the Matrix rooms of OpenVoiceOS are more then happy to answer question and steer you towards solutions for all the fun challenges you most like will face.
