Confirming that we experienced a major backend outage over Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th March. The outage was related to Device Settings, and would manifest in several ways such as;
- Skills page not loading
- Devices requesting to re-pair on reboot
- Devices not responding to commands after the Wake Word
