Backend outage 13th-14th March 2018

Hi everyone,
Confirming that we experienced a major backend outage over Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th March. The outage was related to Device Settings, and would manifest in several ways such as;

  • Skills page not loading
  • Devices requesting to re-pair on reboot
  • Devices not responding to commands after the Wake Word
