# Help with ovos install on rpi5

I’ve tried to run the ovos installer on my raspberry pi 5 with a fresh bookworm lite 64bit os. It fails. No real idea how to diagnose it. I’d appreciate any guidance. Here is the dpaste link to the log.

I think it’s the same error cause like [here](https://community.openconversational.ai/t/howto-begin-your-open-voice-os-journey-with-the-ovos-installer/14900/166). Some Python modules are fetched from [https://whl.smartgic.io/](https://whl.smartgic.io/), but the server is not available (HTTP 503).

Maybe someone knows a workaround or the site is back up soon.
