# Configuring PLUSNET email

Anyone out there successfully configured plusnet email. So far all I get is unable to access email check parameters etc. I’ve tried parameters used for windows 10 email but so far no joy.  
HELP appreciated

Just to update it’s the IMAP email server and port number which seem to be the ptoblem

Configeration seems to be sorted and no longer states “unable to check emails check password and config”  
Ask it to check emails and **now states no new emails** even though there is emails unread

Thanks for the reply. Its all sorted now. A issue with my password was the problem.
