# American female voice

I have selected google voice TTS using mimic for STT. I want to use an American female voice but I do not see how to do that. Installation is on Debian Linux Stable. I do see the settings that ask for a donation and will do so when PayPal is active. BUT, I did see somewhere in my initial installation where I could select a female voice and I did do so. Sometime later the system was changed back to the British male voice, and I am not sure how or exactly when.
